Got the telescope out

Tomorrow night is the great conjunction of Jupiter and Saturn. It’s the first time in 800 years since they passed so close together during nighttime hours.

It’s been cloudy here every night, but was clear tonight. I even pulled the telescope out!

A rare sight: the telescope out

We could see them for a little bit before they got too low to see. But we also got to see the Moon and Mars. It was a little chilly, but worth it!
