That’s a first since we arrived in Calgary: a tornado warning. Complete with the red screen on the TV warning you to get indoors. I was working from home today, so I was watching out the windows to see what I could see. Lots of lightning, a little bit of rain and hail, but most of the action was towards downtown and is now drifting east.
Update:Â Turns out the funnel cloud that was on the news was likely right behind the white house with black roof to the right of centre in this picture! If I’d been 10 feet to the right, I would have seen it. Dang it.
