Last night, Ian and I rode with the BCC in an inner-city pathway ride. At one point we were up on Nose Hill and the views were amazing.
Then in the night, the wind turned around and the smoke from the fires in northern Alberta visited Calgary for the first time. This morning, the sun was a ghostly red orb and the air quality has dropped to 10+, which is truly apocalyptic.
I went for a short, very casual walk this morning before work and took this. Ian rode (downhill) to school, but Tammy will pick him up, and Miranda took transit to work today.
It’s probably going to be like that for a while. I think we have some high smoke also.Again have a Happy 50th Birthday, Love Dad
