After a whirlwind 3 day planning period on the side of Simon’s Aunt Button and the use of their house for the ceremony and party here we are celebrating 18 years together. ❤️
Dad and Carol gave us a little anniversary present while we were on Pender – some champagne flutes and a bottle of bubbly and a box of chocolates and a card. Thank you very much. 💙 We had the wine this evening.
We spent the day visiting with some dear friends, Jeff and Sasha and their children Katya and Alyosha. We had a BBQ and a visit to Sooke Potholes with them. The visit was much too short. We really miss getting together with them.
After that we swung by Stephanie’s to pick up assorted belongings before going over to visit with his mum and dad. We had some delicious White Spot take out – thank you very much for supper 💚 – and a short visit. The light was fading and we still had to pack up the car for our journey back home tomorrow.
