Tonight, a whole herd of us gathered at the Royal Roads Café for a dinner and then cake back at Mom and Dad’s place. Tammy and I and the kids, as well as Stephanie and Al and Zach and Brianna and Kylie, and Bea, too.

Was a good visit. Relaxing after the way things have been the last while. Came back to their place via the Esquimalt Lagoon. With the way the wind has been blowing today, you’d think there would have been some crashing surf, but no such luck.
