Well they took another 35 minute tour, including pacing out the back yard for the 2 story garage-workshop-games room and discussing where to plant shrubs.
From what Tammi said besides the stair lift thing they need to put in a different bath tub for the mother-in-law, so I’m betting they’ll come at us with a lower offer.
All in all Tammi expects to hear yay or nay by the week’s end.
I guess we’ll wait and see. Not trolling the real estate listings yet? (L)

Compared to previous times, there are a lot of houses to look at that are "interesting". On the way back from karate/bujutsu tonight, Miranda and I swung by six different properties, seeing if the neighbourhoods eliminated any of them. Nope. All seemed pretty decent on first look.
