End of Year Recital 2014

This afternoon was Music for Young Children’s end-of-year-recital. There was one mid-year at the National Music Centre, where this one was held too.

Unsure of traffic and construction we left at 10.45 to get downtown for 11.30. The recital started at noon. It turned out there was no need to worry; we were downtown by 11. So we wandered around and went to look at the Calgary Tower. We stood under it and looked up. When we saw people we waved. 😀

Miranda’s level, Moonbeams 3, went first together with another level from 12-12.45. Ian’s level went from 1-1.45. A fair few students turned out and most did ver well. Miranda has now finished the MYC program and will move onto Viva Musica’s in-house lessons. She was awarded a very nice medal.
