Today Murphy is 7.
For once, it was a beautiful, sunny day with some reasonable temps. Murphy, of course, spent a lot of it asleep on the couch. As I usually do, I baked him a cake. Because he’s mostly black with some white on his belly, I decided to make some cakes that emulated Hostess Ding Dongs. I think they turned out well (and tasted great). We wrapped some presents for him, sang him happy birthday, and gave him extra crunchies in his self-feeder and a salmon cat churro. He really enjoyed the catnip duck.
