Aaaaah! That hideous monster is going to get Miranda… oh, wait. That’s me. Huh. I guess what they say is true: the camera adds 10 pounds, pasty white skin and a tattoo. Now you know why geeks don’t take their shirts off. 😀

Sorry about your eyes, John. What did you expect, with pictures of a pool party? Lots of flab and pasty white skin on display.
I must say that I was a bit disconcerted by the photos as well. I didn’t post ’em, and I didn’t exercise any editorial authority. It put me face to face with my body, so to speak, and it wasn’t pretty. 😉
On tattoos: I like ’em and I think that in the right context they look good. However… on pasty flab they aren’t so nice. This does bring me to the fact that of late, Tammy and I (especially Tammy) have been making an effort to exercise and eat right, and it’s starting to pay off. I’ve dropped a few pounds, and I’m feeling great. Who knows, in the near future, the flab might start to retreat and I won’t be quite so embarrassed about pictures of me in a bathing suit. The tattoo’s forever, but hopefully the extra weight isn’t.
Hey man, I am not exactly Terminator IV material either. It’s damn hard when you sit in a chair every day and even some of your leisure activity is siting staring at a screen. We are starting to try and eat a little less and work out a little more. We got a Total gym…works great.
I like tatoos.. Marney says that you had it when we were in PG.. I didn’t remember you showing me…I think I would have.
