UPDATE

Well, Simon says that the Obstetrician came in and had a look at Tammy and she in fact has broken her membranes but no labour. So she has to stay in the hospital and they will monitor her for 6-12 hours to see if she will start labour naturally, if not then possible c-section. Will keep everyone posted.

Update:
Well after still nothing happening and a plea from the staff on behalf of Tammy, it looks like they might do a c-section tonight or tomorrow morning? Still waiting to hear back from the Ob/Gyn doctors on the plan.
