Yesterday, one of the key things we wanted to accomplish was send off some Christmas cards. Of course, that presupposes that the kids’ school photos are ready to put in them.
- First step: did we order any? No.
- Second step: can we log into the school photo site? No, need to reset password.
- Third step: okay, now can we download the digital photo? Yes. $15.
- Fourth step: Ian’s picture was better than most years, but Miranda’s not happy with hers. Print them? No.
- Fifth step: hastily arrange taking photos, editing and sending to London Drugs for printing.
- Sixth step: wait patiently, then eventually to to LD looking for photos. They aren’t ready. Could be any time.
- Seventh step: go home, and immediately get text message from LD saying our photos are ready. 🤦♂️
Anyhow, they’re ready now and the cards will be off today.
And one more for good measure, since the camera was set up and ready to go…
