On Wednesday night/Thursday morning, both Aunty Audrey and Uncle Jack passed away. There was warning: the doctors had told the families that they didn’t expect either to survive the night. In the morning, text messages from Dad and Stephanie confirmed it.
At the moment, I’m saddened but still haven’t processed it: Thursday’s work was insanely busy.
