It’s December first, and that means a full day of decorating for Christmas! We started early, cleaning up in preparation for decorating, and then we spent some time baking Christmas cakes. The actual putting up of the tree waited until after lunch.
With Murphy, we didn’t know how he would behave. And if he chose to misbehave the results could be… disastrous. He’s not a lightweight by any means, and if he chose to climb the tree it would not remain standing.
We’re happy to report that he likes lying under the tree and in his box near the tree. More reports as events warrant.

It has taken until today for him to react to the decorations. He knocked off three ornaments, pulled down a bear from the book shelf, and knocked over a tree in the forest. 😄
