With superhuman effort I managed to scream through my last 5000 words today. Hurray! I’m done! I had to stop typing and resort to handwriting near the end. I just couldn’t type and think fast enough to get my daily words counts. Phew! So glad it’s done. It was extra difficult this year. Now onto finishing my advent bird “calendar” for the 1st. It’s funny how everything gets put on hold for this NaNo event. People must think we’re crazy. 😀

The slug is practically tradition now. We’ll change the slug when everybody stops referring to the occlusion of the Sun by the local horizon as "sunrise" and "sunset" as though we live in a geocentric Universe.
