It’s the combination of the kids being excited about Halloween, National Novel Writing Month starts tomorrow, and so does Movember.
I shaved down to a short goatee last week to prepare myself for it, and this morning, the facial hair came off:
Miranda’s reaction was minor, but Ian’s was funny. I wish I’d gotten it on video. He was on the orthopedic chair and glanced at me, then looked back and his eyes went wide. “Daddy?” he said, with a quaver in his voice as though he was uncertain that it was me. Then there was a smile and a big “What happened to your moustache?” 🙂
