Today, Tammy and Ian made dumplings.
Ian gave Tammy a bamboo steamer for Christmas: Joey’s mom makes them all the time, and he really likes them. This was the second attempt: Tammy made them by herself the first time and ran into texture issues and the wrappings sticking to each other. This time was much more successful, and Ian got a chance to see exactly how much work they are.
Hence the… enthusiasm. 😆
They turned out well. Very delicious. I have some trouble digesting them, but I didn’t eat too many.
