Ian’s Favourite Book (and city)

Yesterday Ian’s copy of A Walk in London arrived. It’s the continuing saga of his Big Ben/London fascination. He first found this book at our local library (and I had to renew it twice). We decided to get him his very own copy because he was crying at the prospect of returning the library’s copy. 🙂

It’s a fabulous book. It tells a story of a girl and her mum walking around London and seeing the sights. There are maps and great drawings. So great that Ian has moved beyond drawing just Big Ben to drawing everything around it too. Watch How to Draw St. Paul’s Cathedral. 😀

Here’s London:

I guess one day we’ll have to go there (and Paris for Miranda and Berlin for me). Better get that job in Calgary! 😀
