Anyhow. I got this text from my boss this evening:
Hi there. Check the email I just sent you. The developer summit is cancelled. Cheers. Kjetil
And so I’ve cancelled my flight. Will cancel my registration and hotel tomorrow. I guess we’ll have to have some sort of a So-Cal event at our house this coming week.

If this had been like 2008 or 2012, we would have been scrambling because we would have been planning to start the road trip tomorrow morning. As is, I had a nice call with a lady at Westjet. Apparently they are having lots of these types of calls these days.
