The conditions came off the sale on Dad’s condo this afternoon. It’s a done deal. Closing date on April 2nd, possession on the 3rd.
Unfortunately, that was the only thing that went well today. Last night, Dad fell again and went to the hospital. Then when I called him this evening he was very disoriented and uncommunicative.
