Holy Halloween posts Batman!

Well, I got the rest of the decor up around the door (witch, webs, spiders, pumpkins)

Couldn’t get any night shots, didn’t turn out so you have to imagine all of the webs being lit up by black lights

Here is a close up of the spiders

We had a surprise visit from Al, Kylie and Bea! So we all went trick or treating together 🙂 it was nice.

In total we had 48 kids, made 2 cry and got a whole bunch of screams from others. The jumping spider and the graveyard creep that pops up certainly got a workout 😀

  1. Rabbits, rabbits, rabbits! The decorations look really great – costumes too! It was nice that Kylie could go out with Zachary & Brianna. I would have thought you would have gotten many, many more than 42 kids. Maybe next year. We had 79 which is the highest number we have had in years! Rowans came over about 8;30 with a small bag with 4 of her homemade choc chip cookies for us. They had run out of chocolate bars. All we had left at that time were potato chips [it’s a good thing we bought the extra box]. We had a sherry and a visit, then went down to the end house to have a look at his decorations. The fellow who owns the house was outside and we all had a chat. He seems very nice. ‘Said they ran out of treats and he had to run out for more! They had over 300!
‘Gotta go now. I haven’t checked any further yet to see if Miranda & Ian have been posted on site. I hope they had a good time with Katia [spelling?]
